Commercial Use of Drone Swarm Proves Successful

One of the various missions carried out by unmanned aerial vehicles is agriculture spraying, replacing light aircraft and leaving time for human pilots to accomplish other missions. 

Now, Turkey is leveraging drone swarm technology for agriculture. For the first time ever, a swarm of agricultural drones sprayed fields in Turkey’s Samsun’s Terme district.

10 agricultural unmanned aerial vehicles sprayed a 100-decare field in 1.5 minutes, as reported by yenisafak.com.
