The Israeli company infiniDome, developing security solutions against GPS jamming in drones, vehicles, and critical infrastructure, has accomplished another milestone on its way to advance its groundbreaking GPS protection technology.

The company is a graduate of the iHLS Security Accelerator program, which specializes in security technology with an emphasis on dual-use technology. The program’s 8th cycle is about to open this month.

infinDome closed a pre-series A round of $2.4 Million that includes investments from Next Gear Ventures, the lead investor which led infiniDome’s earlier seed funding round, along with Honeywell Ventures that joined this round of funding, demonstrating their confidence in the company and its proven GPS protection technology. The proceeds will help scale infiniDome’s customer engagements in the Commercial Aircraft, UAS/UAV, and UAM market segments.

Recently infiniDome announced the successful completion of UAS flight trials conducted under GNSS jamming scenarios as a part of the NA’AMA initiative run by Ayalon Highways and Israel’s Ministry of Transport, a project to push the boundaries of BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) operation and accelerate the adoption of UAS in urban environments. infiniDome’s technology was recently selected by Easy Aerial for their global security and defense solutions.

“Financing from new and existing investors during this challenging time is a testament to our strong team and the growing need for our GPS protection technology for drones/UAS, connected fleets, critical infrastructure and defense,” said Omer Sharar, infiniDome founder and CEO. “Besides pushing the boundaries on high-end GNSS protection in a tiny package with our next-gen GPSdome, we are working on several new solutions including an exciting IoT sensor for critical assets and a cloud-based management system for monitoring and protecting attacks and signal quality at GNSS-dependent stationary or mobile assets,” added Sharar.
