360 Camera Eliminates Blind Spots On Armored Vehicles

A security and surveillance systems company has recently revealed their new military grade video system. Petards Group has recently showcased the EyeCraft360, a military grade video system that captures 360 degrees of video.

The EyeCraft360 is a spherical video system that is mainly intended to be installed onto armored vehicles. The system grants personnel in the vehicle the ability to look 360 degrees outside the vehicle, it is also possible to look above the vehicle without ever leaving it.
The EyeCraft360 grants soldiers additional situational awareness by eliminating visual blind spots. The system is also waterproof and dustproof.

Insidermedia.com mentions that Petards Group has been supported by British Army personnel during the development process. Petards have also developed the EyeCraft360 based on the company’s experience with defence, transport, and emergency solutions.

“We have been very lucky to have had support and advice from serving British Army personnel throughout the development process and look forward to putting it into service,” said Petards Group chairman, Raschild Abdullah.
