Training for recognizing Explosives

An Israeli Company has developed a basic kit that trains security guards to recognize explosives.

The kit contains a wide range of stimulants that replicate the most commonly used explosive materials – military, commercial and improvised. It also contains various types of detonators, mechanical and electronic, operating systems for IEDs (improvised explosive devices) and different operating switches.

This kit and its components are designed for training security personnel operating in airports, critical facilities, governmental facilities, land and marine transportation systems, as well as employees of law enforcement agencies. The kit allows the security personnel to become familiar with the broad range of explosive materials, detonators and operating mechanisms.

The kit was developed by X-Test, a member of the Tamar Group, an Israeli group of companies with more than 20 years of experience in the field of explosives and security.

The company’s systems are used now by the many security agencies in many countries worldwide.
