The unmanned systems market has become one of the most trendy and interest-provoking fields in the Israeli and global arenas. Even the COVID-19 pandemic could not shift for long the attention from the numerous challenges faced by states, military forces, cities and organizations, and the interest in the Israeli innovation arena leading the unmanned systems sector has only grown.
Organizing Israel’s leading unmanned systems conference for the ninth year, iHLS has joined forces with AUVSI Israel and AEAI, and will produce the annual AUS&R Unmanned Systems Conference in an innovative, fascinating format using advanced technology to attain maximum exposure of everything that is new and important in this field.
The conference organizers explain that the contemporary constraints have obliged them to produce a platform that would respond to the needs for a quality, enriching and effective meeting point for all the participants. According to the organizers, the chosen platform will enable an effective business arena and B2B meetings, professional and interesting content by the leading experts, as well as a demonstration with live demos of innovative platforms.
The conference chairman – Col. (res.) Ofer Haruvi, an expert on remotely manned systems active in the field for over 30 years, said that this year’s conference will focus on unmanned systems on the ground and in the low airspace, innovation in various platforms, including VTOL capabilities, innovation in applications such as logistics, deliveries, agriculture, first responders, and more. Anti-drone solutions, and regulative aspects of the realm of unmanned systems will also be discussed extensively.
The conference will be video filmed at the Point 2 Point TV Studios (formerly Meimad TV Studios).
The conference will be opened by introductory presentations by the leading defense industry officials, a rare opportunity to grasp how unmanned systems integrate into the industry’s vision. Next, presentations will be given in accordance with the various zones:
- First responders
And the climax of the event – live demonstrations – innovative platforms, drone swarms conducting security missions, cooperation between a robot and drones during an agriculture mission, drones performing delivery missions, indoor drones, and more.
According to the organizers, this year’s conference will have an enduring effect. The presentations’ contents will be available to all the people registered to the conference, and the event website will be online for a period of six month, providing the participants with extensive, lasting exposure.
On the day of the conference broadcast, the speakers and company representatives will be able to respond to audience’s questions via the chat system which enables direct interaction between the viewers and the companies that participate in the event.
