A call for proposals published by Israel National Cyber Directorate invites companies to take part in the Marketplace – an emergency meeting arena which will enable organizations and private people to showcase cybersecurity products and services, offered to the public and are compatible with the threat and risks emanating from the coronavirus pandemic consequences for the Israeli economy’s resilience.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a new global reality, in which organizations are required to decrease the number of workers at workplaces. As result, many organizations have been increasing the use of digital platforms, including by expanding the use of remote access solutions, use of cloud, and other technological solutions that are enhancing connectivity but also increasing cyber risks.

Over this backdrop, service and product suppliers in general, and in cyber in particular, have started offering dedicated solutions in an attempt to minimize the new cyber risks. Some of these solutions are offered with a considerable discount and even free of charge.

In order to diminish the cyber risks involved in the new working configuration at this state of emergency experienced by Israel, the Cyber Directorate has launched the Marketplace – a “meeting arena” between the economy and the relevant cyber solutions.

The Marketplace will enable to showcase cybersecurity products and services.

Among the relevant categories are: VPN, SDP and other solutions for remote connectivity security, mobile devices security, cyber-attack response services, defense against DDoS attacks, and more.
