According to EU Startups, Irish startup Octostar has raised a €6.1 million seed extension for its sovereign AI intelligence platform. Founded in 2023, the company provides a system for national security and law enforcement that ensures full data sovereignty by operating in completely air-gapped, no-internet environments.
