In a country frequently targeted by terror attacks, public safety is a top concern, and effective surveillance plays a crucial role. For this reason, large sums of money are invested into purchasing equipment, thinking that top-tier cameras, drones, or sensors alone will achieve this goal. However, the coordination between these individual components is often overlooked, leaving command center operators scrambling to piece together a complete and actionable picture, while crucial moments are lost.

Liquid360 is a tech startup that aims to address this critical gap. The company has developed an innovative solution that integrates existing surveillance infrastructure into a unified and intuitive augmented reality (AR) interface, providing a more coherent and actionable overview of security situations.

The way Liquid360’s software works is by overlaying video feeds from different cameras onto a 3D map of the surveilled area, with each feed displayed on top of its actual geolocation. This allows operators to visualize how different feeds relate to one another and to the environment, making it much easier to follow criminal activity and foil it in time. The system can automatically adjust camera angles to follow a specific route or individual, and effortlessly switch between cameras, including indoor ones, if needed. This is ideal when tracking a moving target. Then, the operator can create an optimal route for security personnel, using an integrated distance-measuring feature to accurately guide them to the scene, minimizing risk.

Liquid360’s technology is engineered to complement rather than replace existing systems, even legacy ones. It works seamlessly with current equipment—cameras, video management systems (VMS), sensors, radar, access control systems, and drones—creating a unified AR experience that can be displayed on any screen – including mobile ones for forces on-the-go. Further, license plate recognition and facial recognition software can be integrated and viewed next to the security feed to provide additional important context.

The system’s highly intuitive nature makes it quick to master and easy to follow, addressing issues of human errors caused by long, tiring, shifts, as well as high turnover rates and long training periods.

Founded by Alisa Givertz, a Materials Engineer and serial entrepreneur and Eran Jedwab, an Electrical Engineer with extensive experience as CEO and founder of security and HLS companies, Liquid360 aims to bridge the gap between command centers and field operations. Their patented software fosters situational awareness, enabling swift, informed actions against threats, representing a significant leap forward in enhancing surveillance effectiveness and security operations.
