In recent years, more and more technologies have been incorporated into the world of construction, each focusing on a different field – applications designed to manage safety, quality control, budget, schedules, IoT, supply chain, image analysis and performance monitoring, drones, etc. All of these technologies create a flood of information from many different sources that makes effective decision-making difficult. Each system sends alerts, insights, information, and summaries separately, which most often just fills the management’s inbox, causing an influx of control measures. Managers in the construction industry have expressed the need for an interface that will let them overlook all the existing data in an orderly and optimal manner, and lead to a beneficial decision-making process.

As a result of this need in the industry, Innogration has developed its first SaaS product – an open-end, AI-based software system on the cloud that monitors and analyses various sources of information on construction sites and provides construction and entrepreneurship managers an effective real-time multidimensional management image at the push of a button.

The system gathers different control data sources into one place, enables data transfer and extraction, makes predictions and widespread insights for better decision-making, provides risk management, and saves time and cost by optimizing processes and data flow.

The system itself is an “Intelligent Construction Analytics AI engine”, it collects the information from all sources (including Excel and PDF files), analyses it, reflects it to management for performance enhancement, and alerts the customer of existing problems. It can also provide forecast insights, benchmark comparisons against the market, and a variety of other solutions. For example, it can measure a project’s carbon emissions due to the use of concrete.

With Innogration’s system, the entire process is automated and concentrated in one place, creating transparency between C-level management and on-site managers, and enabling better teamwork. There’s a uniform data pipeline that gathers the data. Each user can use the system separately, but management has a focused, cross-section, birds-eye view of the whole project.

In addition, the system lets companies compare a new project to previous ones, streamline the work over time, implement the lessons learned and improve to save money. When provided with an accurate assessment of time, costs, and risk management measurement for future projects, you get a system that serves the customer’s needs and adds another smart analytics layer above existing technologies.

Monitoring the data can help overcome larger and broader problems with a project or even cross-projects– and when for example quality issues that appear cross-projects are addressed, it raises the level of the product, and saves costs.

The Innogration system is an open-end, flexible, agnostic system that can connect to any technology and system found in construction sites and companies. It draws information from a variety of existing systems, knows how to take the most relevant data and not flood management with unnecessary information, and overall creates a consistent standard data model for ongoing KPI performance.
