Israeli Company to Supply GPS Immunity Systems to an Asian-Pacific Country

Elisra, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Elbit Systems, was selected by an Asian-Pacific country to deliver Elisra’s advanced GPS immunity system, iSNS, for a military surveillance aircraft project.

Elisra’s iSNS is an effective GPS ECCM (Global Positioning System, Electronic Counter-Countermeasure) system that supports reliable, non-stop GPS operation. Covering extensive geographical areas, the modular and cost-effective system provides full jamming immunity for multiple satellite channels and handles multiple interferintg signals and/or jammers operating on concurrent frequencies.

Utilizing multi-steering principles, iSNS enables immediate availability and uninterrupted communications and provides superior performance due to maximal use of RF capabilities. Delivering a unique level of flexibility, the iSNS works with all types of GPS, offering extensive protection from jamming, without prior knowledge of GPS satellite locations. Requiring minimal integration with the GPS receiver, the system can be installed as a completely independent add-on kit.
