A few days ago IAI was awarded a contract by a foreign customer, for the supply of its Network Centric Warfare (NCW) communication system. The contract is worth about $20 million (USD). This advanced solution has been developed and manufactured by MLM Division of IAI’s Systems, Missiles and Space Group, it will be implemented on a modern aerial platform. IAI’s system will provide the customer with cross-platform interoperability and improved C4I capabilities, as well as connectivity among multi-player task forces.

NCW communication systems provide a significant force-multiplier to the operational capabilities of any modern armed forces, and are a key element in maintaining air superiority in a hostile environment.

Joseph Weiss, IAI’s president and CEO said that the system’s unique advantages are the result of IAI’s deep understanding of customer needs. “We consider this achievement to reflect a strong partnership and mutual commitment to our customer” Weiss said.
