Compatible with nearly any military and commercial aircraft, including those with limited cockpit space, BAE Systems introduces LiteWave, a laptop-sized head-up display (HUD) that is up to 70% smaller and lighter than other comparable products on the market, to enhance pilot situational awareness even during poor weather or at night.

It displays critical information in the pilot’s line of sight including direction, altitude, and speed.

Offering the largest eye-motion box of any HUD on the market, LiteWave allows pilots more freedom of movement in their seat without risk of losing sight of the display, which is particularly important on longer flights.
