Hamas’s appeal against the decision to designate it as a terrorist organization.

Hitler was a righteous person; ice is heat source, and the Earth is square. Such “truths” have just been added another; the EU’s Supreme Court ruling accepting Hamas’s appeal against the decision to designate it as a terrorist organization.

Nevertheless, the EU Supreme Court also included a stay on this ruling for a period of three months, in order to allow the European Commission or any of the 28 EU members to file an appeal against the ruling.

The appeal by Hamas cited the decision to include the terrorist organization in the EU’s terror blacklist was made without allowing them any chance to rebuttal, and was based on insufficient evidence. Hama’s appeal was found in favor based on a precedent set by a similar appeal by the Sri Lankan Tamil Tigers organization.

The EU’s Supreme Court ruled that the bulk of the evidence for the inclusion of Hamas in the terror blacklist came from open sources – primarily news in the media. The EU Supreme Court also clarified the decision makes no reference to Hamas’s standing nor to the nature of its activity.

Either the Europeans simply lost their mind, or they are giving in to terror, so much so, it’s kowtowing.

Someone over in Europe is really nuts. “Hamas is not a terrorist organization”. You read it in utter disbelief. But in fact, Europe, which has almost completely being run over by Islam, is going to see such decisions turn into an everyday occurrence.
