New Chairman at IMI Systems

Former minister Yitzhak Aharonovich will serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Israeli Military Industry IMI Systems, alongside CEO Avi Felder.

Aharonovich is formerly a member of the political and defense Cabinet and former Minister of the Interior and Tourism.

His appointment as a director and future Chairman of the company’s Board of Directors was confirmed by the committee on senior appointments.  

IMI Sytems’ Board of Directors will summon soon to in order to elect the Board’s chairman.

Aharonovich has vast experience in managing public defense and business systems with large scale activity. Among his various roles in the past are CEO of the Dan transportation company, Deputy Commissioner of Israel’s Police, Border Guard commander.
