Rafael is presenting ABS 4 – a crisis management team trainer system that allows the trainees to use a combination of Live Virtual and Constructive elements in one session.

Crisis Management Organizations all over the world face a very complex and critical task dealing with potential life threatening situations during natural disasters, fires, mega public events and others.

Such organizations dealing with a crisis situation have to bring into action different forces such as police, fire brigade, ambulances, municipalities and others in a coordinated manner.

In order to get effective and life saving results in time of need, such organizations, starting with the highest headquarters, require timely training that will make them ready.

The system is based on comprehensive representation of the real environment, giving the trainees the most realistic training, using their real operational surroundings and equipment. The system uses state of the art models to simulate movement, detection, natural disasters, man-made incidents, logistics, environment, weather, etc. that when combined together, represent all the major aspects of a realistic environment. ABS 4 utilizes high-quality simulation based on real experience, accumulated during operational experience. By using ABS4, crisis management room commanders and their staff gain the most realistic, efficient and cost-effective training, upgrading their decision-making abilities, staff procedures skills and planning abilities.

The system may also serve as virtual testing grounds of various methods, operational plans and new systems introduced for building new operational concepts.

The System enables crisis control management training for all relevant authorities such as: civil government agencies, police, army, National Guard, fire fighters, medical rescue teams, hospitals, and local authorities.
