Israeli Private UAS Draws Attention of Special Forces

A new mini hovering UAS is creating interest in special forces around the world

The air frame’s main function is to provide a sturdy, well balanced platform for the other components. The motor to motor distance can vary between 60 cm and 80 cm, depending on motor and propeller size.

The ERE35 has a maximum endurance of 30 minutes and air speed of 50 km/h. The system’s max takeoff weight is 4 kgs and it can carry a payload weighing 1.5 kg or less. The aircraft was recently certified by the Israeli Civil Aviation authority for civil missions in urban areas.

The Israeli developed ERE35 was developed by Copter Pix, a company founded by UAS experts that have served in the Israeli Defence Forces (IDF).
