Polycart specializes in designing and manufacturing plastic parts utilizing the thermoforming technology, a process conducted with heat pressure or vacuum in order to change the shape of a thermoplastic substance into a designed product. These parts are used by defense, HLS, automotive and civilian markets. Clients in the local market include IDF, Rafael, IAI, IMI, Elbit, Given Imaging and more.

The company provides various services such as design and production of complex parts, especially large.  In addition, supplementary processing includes; producing plastic sheets, plant assembly, turnkey projects – all under strict standards.

Polycart is designing and developing many different products all of which are tailor made.  Amongst them are protective cases for small drones, including internal protective foamed packaging. The inner protective foamed packaging includes divisions that catered precisely to the drone’s complex parts.  All cases are portable, can be used as operating surface and in fact operated as launching and control station.

Packages protected from extreme weather conditions, humidity and temperature controlled also protected from dust.
