Not just in Paris: Rishon Letzion has its own AirShow. This is the third year that the city will host its international conference for Unmanned Systems and Robotics.*

About three weeks before the 2015 AUS&R concference, it is already causing great interest in security industries in Israel and the world, among different security bodies and experts. The participants of the last two events were unanimous about the important spot the conference has taken up in the past couple of years. “The events was in a level similar to central international conferences, like the Paris AirShow”, said one of the officials of the Israeli Aerospace Industry.

At the conference, taking place on September 7th, the top players of the Unmanned Vehicles industry will present their newest operational and technological innovations. Also included are an air show and live demonstrations of the best newest vehicles in the field.

At the 2015 exhibition and conference the professional crowds will be exposed to never before seen technological innovation, including advanced unmanned aerial vehicles, drones, aerostats and unmanned systems, as well as smart C4I systems.

Following the success of the previous conferences, this year’s conference offers an extended exhibition that includes the technological and operational enveloping systems that take part in the industry and will present designated ensembles, materials, propulsion, control and command systems as well as unique innovations in the world of information security.

The Israel security services, IDF and police will also be sending their representatives to the conference, as will all the security industries, big and small. IAI, for exampls, will present its array of products in a display area of 600 sq. meters. The aerial demonstration, for which the aerial territory over the area will be closed, will also be broadcasted live on giant screen in the event.

Tens of reporters and television crews from Israel and the world have already registered to cover the event, as have representatives of international companies dealing with advanced systems who are coming “to do quiet business”, as one of them said.

The conference will be held at the new Lago Events center, which was recently opened in Rishon Letzion near the artificial lake which will display amphibious systems.
