Kaspersky Lab Achieves VMware Ready – vCloud Air Status under Access Tier in vCloud Air Air ISV Program.

Kaspersky Lab announced today that Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise Edition has achieved VMware Ready-vCloud Air status. This designation indicates that Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise Edition has undergone technical validation within vCloud Air environment, and is supported on VMware vCloud Air.

Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Windows Server Enterprise Edition qualifies for the VMware Ready – vCloud Air logo, signifying to customers that it works seamlessly within VMware vCloud Air, and can be deployed in production with confidence,” said Sanjay Katyal, vice president, Global Technology Partners, VMware.

Additionally, Kaspersky Lab is a member of the access tier of the vCloud Air ISV program and is listed on the VMware Solution Exchange.

Customers who want to extend workloads to the cloud are faced with a much larger attack surface for web-born IT threats, and require premium protection to keep cybercriminals from penetrating the virtual and physical endpoints of their business.
