The Israeli delegation will exercise exposure to Hazmat such as poisonous gases, flammable liquids, ammonia, acid and toxic base compounds. Moskovich explained the course is designed to improve Israeli Haznat teams’ professional readiness thanks to the training facilities, which enable simulation real scenarios complete with controlled exposure to live chemical substances.

The current plan is to establish similar training facilities at Israel’s own training centers. To facilitate this end, the trainees will visit not only Sweden, but also the UK, as part of formulating the necessary parameters of the planned equipment used in the planned training centers.
