Al-Qaeda’s official jihadist media institution, Al-Fajr, which is responsible for the distribution of official publications written by Al-Qaeda affiliates around the world, launched a series of publications on July 24, 2010 titled, “The Industry of Terror” by Abu Ubaydah Abdallah al-Adam.
Al-Adam was a senior member of Al-Qaeda responsible for security and intelligence in the organization (in April 2013, it was reported that he had been killed in an American bombing in Waziristan).

The publication series was designed to provide an understanding of the world of security and intelligence as a work tool for the Mujahideen in this area.
