Someone in the government thinks we’re all extremely stupid. “This isn’t an intifada, it’s just a coincidence, random events”, claim all official spokesmen after every terror attack. After the murder of the IDF soldier in Afula this morning government spokespersons made those claims as well.

A few days ago I wrote that even a Molotov cocktail thrown at a car seating a mother and two children couldn’t convince them otherwise. I asked what else needs to happen for them to recognize the intifada officially?

The politicians in the government are scared by every little U.S. and European reaction, so they would rather keep playing pretend. Here are the facts, once again: The intifada has begun, and it’s only escalating. Here they play word games to blur the facts, while there, in the west bank, they’re planning the next terror attack. Israel is daydreaming, with the dream slowing turning into a real nightmare.

The terror attacks will continue, and Israel will continue to respond with “mobilizing law enforcement forces”. More sand in the public’s eye. You fight an intifada with force, not “mobilization.” Israel has to officially recognize the latest intifada and react accordingly.

All this, funnily enough, is happening on the background of what’s known as “the peace talks” with the Palestinians. Abu Mazen treats released murderers like heroes, kindergartens and schools teach students that Jews are pigs – no wonder there’s an intifada. Tsippi Livni is wasting her time, making us look like fools. There’s no partner for peace. Instead of talking with the Palestinians we have to strike, with zero restraint, as was done in the past. Only that will stop the intifada, which did, in fact, begin already.

We forgot how to handle terror. Perhaps we should consult the Russians, they know how to handle it very well. Here’s a hint – they don’t do it by talking, nor by denying.
