The system developed by the Amper Group is designed to manage quickly and easily all the life cycle of incidents attended by emergency centers, from detection or communication until its closure by all the organizations involved (police, military, firemen, civil protection, etc …). Amper technology applied to the project is the integration of critical communications and the command and control centers for emergencies, related to the action of forces and state bodies, health care, etc.

Daniel Rodriguez, America Amper Group CEO, says the aim is to contribute technologically to the mission of citizen service centers such as 112 or 066 (the phone number for emergency only to Mexico). “The improvement in the process of decision-making bodies and optimizing emergency response times and saving lives, such as other experiences in the region have managed to increase the number of incidents attended and thereby achieve lowering the number of offenses by about 13 percent” Rodriguez noted.
